napari-MM3

As of 2024, our lab uses napari-MM3 for all mother machine experiments and -- as the inventors of the mother machine -- we recommend it to all researchers who use the mother machine. We first announced napari-MM3 in our 2023 eLife paper, and a version-controlled release followed in 2024 (available at the same eLife link below). Interested users can visit our lab’s GitHub page to download the software, where they will find extensive documentation and additional information. Please cite our eLife paper if you use napari-MM3 in your research.
